Orpierre has the distinction of being a village surrounded by cliffs which extend over more than one km from west to east.
From the village square, you can only see a third of the site (cliffs 1 to 4), the other cliffs (cliffs 5 to 10) being located behind the Quiquillon, a magnificent needle which overlooks the town.
The entire site, visible in the photo below, is easily accessible on foot from the village.
